Born in Nizamabad, Telangana in 1973, Ashok Balla is a Yalla Dasi art studio-trained figurative artist who further developed his artistic foundation in Sholapur and Hyderabad.
After exploring the field of animation and business, he rediscovered his deeper connection with fine art and returned to it with a renewed sense of purpose, emotion, and visual storytelling.
Through a blend of realism and subtle symbolism, his paintings focus on expressions, relationships, and the emotions people often communicate without words.
His work draws from real-life moments — not only to express what he feels, but to create a space where viewers can emotionally connect, reflect, and experience those moments for themselves.
